I first started my career selling finance contracts to consumers for Electrical products, within a matter of weeks I became one of the top sales people in the county and was invited to provide training to underperforming managers and sales staff.

Soon after I was offered a position working for a telecommunications company, resulting in promotion to manager within several months. Later I would work as the sole business development manager for and IT support and solutions company.

Seeking a new challenge for my negotiation skills I changed my career path, moving into Credit Control with Ford Finance. I was quickly recognised for my advanced succesful negotiation techniques and was soon asked to take on recovering difficult debts and identifying potential cases of fraud. Later roles would see me working with Mitsubishi Europe Ltd, Addecco Head Office and Europcar. 

In recent years I have provided management consultancy and business support services to small and start up companies. As well as helping start up businesses get off the ground I have assisted SME's to streamline business processes and improve back office functions, particularly in credit control.

I enjoy helping small business owners to operate better and more efficiently by applying the skills I have gained and practices I have introduced with the larger UK companies I have worked for.

My contributions have seen companies save thousands in bad debt reduction and also make thousands more via succesful sales and marketing campaigns I have helped to create.

When it comes to business development I particularly enjoy introducing new ideas for unexplored sources of revenue.
